We perform prescribed CE marking of pressure vessels, inspection of permanent joints, and pressure equipment materials by our staff. For pressure vessels with a certificate of conformity under the PED directive, we provide full technical documentation, including a declaration of completeness and conformity.
Visual Testing (VT) – non-destructive testing focused on detecting and evaluating surface properties of welds with the naked eye or specialized devices (ČSN EN ISO 17637)
Penetrant Testing (PT) – non-destructive testing method used to detect surface-breaking discontinuities in weld joints, in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 3452-1, applicable to non-magnetic or slightly magnetic materials.
Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) – non-destructive testing method used to detect surface-breaking discontinuities in weld joints, in accordance with ČSN EN ISO 17638, applicable to magnetic materials.
Ultrasonic Testing (UT) – detecting internal flaws in welds; suitable for thicknesses of at least 8 mm (ČSN EN ISO 17640)
Radiographic Testing (RT) – permanent record of internal flaws in welds, thickness range 5–32 mm (ČSN EN ISO 17636-1)
We also perform hardness testing of materials and welds, and thickness measurement using ultrasonic methods.
