Distillation towers for individual oil fractions with accessories.

We design and manufacture complete rectification columns (fractional distillation) used in the chemical and petrochemical industries, with all welded internal parts, including fittings for internals according to standards and customer requirements. We also produce column accessories such as preheating and heating sections where vapors rise into the column, separators for sufficient component separation, condensers at the top of the column for vapor cooling and condensation, reboilers (heat exchangers) at the bottom for liquid removal, valves, ejectors, collecting, intermediate, and storage tanks, catalysts, coolers—see our products and spare parts. Internal components such as spray distributors (for counter-current contact of liquid and vapor phases), bubble-cap and sieve trays with overflow and dephlegmator, support gratings, etc., are installed after anchoring the column on-site. The column delivery includes complete accompanying documentation with all required certificates and test reports, including a pressure vessel passport if applicable.
